Now we are going to be doing one leg jumping up on the box.

Holding in that static position but then when we come up on that same leg, we are going to explode up. Minimizing our time on the ground really working on that explosiveness and then we land on the box were going to hold and then knee bend for a split second working on that low body static strength.

So we are exploding up, holding, down, explode up, hold. So working on hit the ground exploding up and then holding on top for a split second.
