Now we are going to forward across into a forward sprint, so you are going to go from the inside to the outside of that cone. And I will demonstrate here quick, just going slow. So we are turning forward, now we are coming on the outside of that cone. And then we are coming down for our full sprint. Starting behind and then going outside. You are here, turn, turn.
