Today we are going to do inverted row or horizontal pull up, with one arm and a press. So you are going to be behind the bar one arm up, on the bar, one arm back, you are going to bring that bar, pull your self up to that bar and press up with your other arm, press up with your other arm.

I will just demonstrate, you can have your knees bent or if you want to make it more challenging, you can go with your legs out. Core is tight abs are engaged, up, press, down. So you are going to pull up and then press with your other arm as you come back to the bar. Keep those abs up, keep those hips up, keep that core engaged throughout the entire motion.
